Finally got my act together and decided on a few resolutions for 2015.  First is to eat more fat while cutting back on processed foods, carbs and sugar, so I’ve invested in some new cookery books to inspire me. Hoping to save time and money by experimenting with healthy stews in my new slow cooker (top Christmas pressie).
